23+ Years of Building Envelope Experience

Our Mission

Our mission is to help homeowners, home buyers, property managers, HOAs, contractors, attorneys, and relocation companies make informed decisions through independent building envelope inspections and consulting.

We believe every client deserves a clear understanding of the true condition of a property’s exterior cladding systems before making purchasing, repair, maintenance, or litigation-related decisions.

Through meticulous inspections, advanced moisture detection methods, and detailed reporting, we strive to identify issues that may not be visible during a standard inspection and provide clients with practical, understandable information they can rely upon.
